• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password provided during registration via Firebase Authentication (email/password or phone/SMS verification).
• Payment information: Credit card details and billing address processed securely through Stripe. Strive does not store your full card number on our servers.
• Artist & campaign data: Spotify artist IDs, track selections, genre preferences, geographic targeting, and campaign settings you provide when using the Service.
• Communications: Messages and information you send to us via email or support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service, timestamps, and session duration.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Cookies & session data: We use Flask session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These are essential for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each service may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Create, launch, and monitor your music campaigns.
• Send you campaign status notifications and service updates.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
• Secure session management via server-side Flask sessions.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to comply with legal and financial obligations.
• Campaign data: Retained for the duration of the campaign and for analytics purposes thereafter.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located.
